North Jetty and Marina Peninsula

Visit this narrow promenade for spectacular views of the Marina’s main channel. From this vantage point, you can observe airplanes taking off from LAX and flying out over the Pacific. The adjacent neighborhood (the “Silver Strand”) offers a walking path that parallels the Grand Canal, a footbridge to the beach, and an inviting oceanfront path. Limited metered parking is available along Via Marina at Pacific Avenue. L.A. County Parking Lot #13 at 4601 Via Marina has additional spaces and a pay-and-display kiosk.
