YOGAqua

Think outside of the box and focus your mind while doing yoga on a stand-up paddle board. 

YOGAqua is a unique teambuilding activity that gives your group a chance to exercise outdoors and challenge themselves by learning new skills. In this case, holding a yoga pose on a paddle board might be out of someone’s comfort zone. And trying something new together as a team can help build relationships, too.
