The Marina del Rey Hotel annually offers a summertime series of Sunday pool parties (open to the public, $10 for non-hotel guests). Come for DJ entertainment, themed events, and poolside bites and libations. This year, the events continue till September 1.

Marina Movie Nights

The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches & Harbors presents Movie Nights in Burton Chace Park! Pack your picnic baskets and enjoy outdoor movie screenings under the stars. Movies start at 8 p.m., but arrive by 7 to pick out your spot on the lawn. Free admission!

Full Moon Dining Cruises

Ply the waters of the picturesque Marina under the glow of a full moon. Enjoy a full-service four-course meal, then head to the top deck to dance under the stars with DJ entertainment. 2018 dates: July 27, 28; August 25; November 23; December 21, 22.

Summer Concerts in the Park

The L.A. County Department of Beaches & Harbors produces the annual Summer Concert Series in Burton Chace Park. The concerts are free and do not require tickets; however, the park may close if capacity is reached. First come, first served. Click the website button for the 2018 lineup and full schedule.

Killer Shrimp Restaurant and Bar’s annual summer car show series is back! Make this part of your Sunday Funday tradition. Classics, hot rods, exotics, and motorcycles are on display in the parking lot. Free to show, free to attend. 2018 dates are May 27, June 24, July 29, and August 26.
